Things aren\u2019t going so well for another beloved product.\u00a0 Over at Hasbro, the brand manager for Easy-Bake Oven has a disaster on his hands. \u00a0The Consumer Products Safety Commission has ordered the recall of almost a million of the toys, after receiving complaints that children were getting their hands caught and burned. \u00a0Looks like no tiny chocolate cakes for mom for Valentine\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n
Finally, everything old is new again at the International Toy Fair, being held this week in New York.\u00a0 Bored with your Hot Wheels?\u00a0 No problem, now they come with a \u201chilarious\u201d driver projected on an LCD windshield. \u00a0You can plug Barbie into your iPod and let her bob to the music. \u00a0And what kid could resist the Marvel \u201cAni-Movie Studio,\u201d which lets you make digital stop-motion films featuring Spiderman, Captain America and friends.<\/p>\n
