Do you get our point? Just one more second, it’ll come to you…

Ah, right. Santa’s got an all-girl team working for him! Sure, you could have expected Dasher, Dancer, Prancer and Vixen to be ladies, but Comet, Cupid, Donner (which means “Thunder” in German), and Blitzen (“Lighting”)? Pretty macho names for she-deer!

Now, the cynics will tell you that some younger bull reindeer will keep their antlers into the winter, at least until December 24, so part of the team could be young bachelors. But consider the case of Rudolph. A quick investigation reveals that his voice in the 1964 TV classic “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” was provided by none other than character actress Billie Rae Richards! Busted! Rudolph’s a girl too!

When you think about it, it makes sense.
